We have added 30 feet of full-height mirrors in two parts of the salle. Great for checking out your form. Or your hair.
We also have brought in a universal gym and a full rack of free weights, for strength training. We will develop some strength training programs to be ready for the new year, for those fencers who are interested in adding this to their training regimen.

The LaSalle fencing ladder goes into championship mode this month. Here are the rules:
- The top 8 fencers on each ladder at the end of July are eligible
- Bouts are direct elimination in a normal tableau of 8
- Bouts will continue to be fought in challenge-type format
- Your challenges are automatic and predetermined by the tableau
- All outstanding red cards are cleared on Aug 1
- New red cards will be given if one fencer is not present when the other is
